I am appalled that it is so veeeery hard to transport a disabled person like less than 10 miles!... No one answers their phones, no one can help. My handicap van was wrecked more than a month ago. The person responsible insurance won't pay for a handicap van... he now can't go to doctors appointments. I can pay for the medical appointments, but.
