Bad experience. Bad service. Dr was rude, unhelpful and extremely not understanding to my needs. It's just a money-making enterprise. Waste of money and time. Avoid this poor clinic in Toorak 👎
I am so happy with my experience from beginning to end Dr Fred is one of a kind from my first consultation he was honest informative and supportive On day of procedure he was very calming and explained every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with my upper blepharoplasty results. They look so natural and have made such a difference without changing the way I look. Fred is incredibly skilled and has a real eye for achieving a subtle, refreshed result. I was initially nervous as this was my first cosmetic treatment. However, Anna Gray was incredibly welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable.
