My experience at Elite Medical and Aesthetics was exceptional from the reception at the front desk to the follow up phone calls afterwards (Hannah). Erin (NP) did an amazing job explaining the details of the laser procedure beforehand so I had time to ask questions, as well as describing what she was doing every step of the way. Her technique was flawless, and her bedside manner was gentle, kind and confident. I highly recommend Elite Medical and especially Erin for any treatments you require/desire in the future.
Had a wonderful experience with Erin, NP getting lip filler! Felt super comfortable with every step, and felt that I was listened to in my wishes of wanting a natural look. All of the staff at Elite are very kind and professional. Would highly recommend!
Erin was great! She explained in great detail what to expect during and after my laser, she told me everything she was doing during my treatment, and gave me tips on how to manage my skincare in the future! She was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable the entire time!
Kelsea is extremely knowledgeable. She listens and provides thoughtful suggestions, helping you feel very comfortable that you aren't being sold services you don't need. I'm extremely happy with my results and would 100% recommend!
*Update* I started Xeomin (tox) injections with Kelsea about 9 months ago and it's been awesome with great results. I also recently went to Erin for a laser hair removal treatment and she was also thorough and welcoming. Great team all around. ** I visited this med spa for laser hair removal.
