I paid for a Medication Technician (Med Tech) renewal course and immediately received my email receipt confirming the purchase. I was hesitant due to mixed reviews however gave it a try. I completed the Med Tech course, followed the end of course instructions and received my certificate the next business day via email, as promised. While some parts of the course could have been more in-depth or could be updated, I had no technical issues and overall the process was straight forward.

Had disappointing experience with this business. The staff was unprofessional and rude during my interaction, which made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Customer service and communication were poor, and my concerns were not handled respectfully. I hope they improve how they treat customers in the future would not recommend

I spoke with Mr. Brandon via email first then he called me. He was nice enough to refund my money because of so many issues. As well as send my staff that took the class their med Tech Certificate. He ensured me my med certification would be emailed to me today as well He definitely was professional and took care of the issues concerns. Thank you

I paid for the medication technician course, $60, watched videos and took a simple test at the end. Have now applied at a few Assisted Living facilities only to be told that in the State of Florida, a med tech must take an in-person class to become a med tech. The places I have shown my online certificate do not accept it, so I'm out $60.
