William the manager is a person without tact, without seriousness and without respect. at the beginning he did not even bother to continue the call with me, he just hung up in my face. if this is the attention of the supposed manager, i do not want to imagine the treatment of the other employees.
Although my father passed earlier this year, this was the last place he stayed before passing as his forever home. The staff here were very kind and attentive, way better than the two previous retirement centers my father was at prior in San Diego. Even with the greater demand in care he needed during his time here, the staff was there to assist at all times throughout the day. My sister Darcy stayed several months at Elite Manor prior to her passing away from cancer. Our entire family believes that she received exceptional care there. The caregivers were excellent and very supportive. I cannot recommend Elite Manor highly enough.
My family and I were very happy with Elite Manor! William is a great person . Extremely kind and caring. His staff is wonderful! They are the nicest people. Treated my mom like she was their family . The home is so clean and comfortable. The girls that work there always had a smile for everyone who came in . I am so grateful that we had Elite Manor taking care of my mom .
