Simply put, my experience was AMAZING. From a base of zero knowledge, Stephanie work with me to find the perfect situation for my Mother. After an unexpected fall my Mother was going to have to move from her home to an Assisted Living environment. Stephanie listened to our needs, and within a day put me in communication with several wonderful facilities. From a very stressful situation, we have moved to a wonderful place to move forward. Thank you.

Stephanie was absolutely amazing with helping to find a place for my mom! She listened to my wants in finding a place and looked into all possible benefit options. We communicated through email and I never had to wait around for a reply. It’s obvious she is compassionate about what she does and she does it very well!! Stephanie was recommended by a friend. We needed to find an assisted living location (ASL) for a relative. There are so many choices and the marketing brochures all mention the advantages of their location for a loved one. Stephanie listened carefully to our desired criteria, spent several hours over several phone calls to address our concerns and to answer questions. I have worked with Stephanie on many occasions with families and she is such a pleasure to work with. I know that if there is anything she can do to help me streamline the process for the resident and their family, I can call her and she would get it for me without hesitation.
