Do not ever use this place. My sister booked her wedding transportation and got screwed. They cancelled her 55 passenger bus for guests going from the hotel to reception and sent a 37 passenger that would make two trips.Why you ask? He promised the 55 passenger for a prom and told the bride 3 days before the wedding! How unprofessional!!! And that bus left early and guests were stranded at the hotel. But this is worse. If you’re looking for a company that is “elite” in their reliability, ethics, and customer service, DO NOT choose this company. Elite Limo made my wedding day an absolute nightmare. Here is my story: I booked 1 party bus and 1 coach bus 1 year in advance and 3 days before my BIG day, the owner called to tell me the paperwork for the fleets fell through. i used their limo service for my prom night and everything went accordingly. The driver was professional and courteous and he was on time which goes to say without a doubt that they are reliable. The ride was nice and smooth and the car was very clean and comfortable. i would recommend their services to all my friends and their parents because they are trustworthy. i have no doubt in my mind that you will be satisfied with choosing this company for any of your events .
Great smooth ride in the Mercedes S550. The driver arrived on time and got me to the airport in a timely manner. Would recommend and definitely will use again in the near future.
Night on the town in New York was a blast. The driver knew exactly where he was going and had some great suggestions. The car was so extremely clean and luxurious. Super smooth ride.
