I would definitely recommend them if you need help with hearing aids. I saw Dylan for my annual cleaning and he was very knowledgeable and professional. The service was quick and easy to schedule. Both Dylan and Benjamin were very helpful. Thank you guys.
Costs were outrageous. We were told we would get financial help from Medicare and didn’t, no explanation from Elite. I was stupid and should have walked out of the store empty handed.
Elite is exactly the complete type of caring and carefully professional service that Elite offers. There was no difference being serviced by their new totally efficiently trained assistant Dylan than the previous folks when I first started depending on such elite service. Back twice due to my own inefficient handling of their exclusive products, I wish I could do more to help them as they have me.
Wonderful service—I needed a hearing test on short notice for a pre-employment medical clearance and they were so accommodating!
