The customer service at Elite Hearing centers off of Hwy 27 is excellent! Especially Linda! She’s always so kind and ready to help you! You won’t be disappointed.
Want to thank Sarah and her staff for making my Nana feel at home with her hearing issues. Getting to know her thoughts, concerns and hesitations before finding the perfect fit for her and vastly improving her interactions with the outside world. Elite Hearing in Ocala has been, hands down, the best experience I've had with any audiologist. I have a genetic hearing loss that requires hearing aids, so I've dealt with that for awhile. They were easy to schedule with, knowledgeable, and helpful. After I lost a hearing aid during Hurricane Helene, and was unable to replace it due to it being discontinued, they were able to help me find a pair that I could actually afford.
