I stopped into Audio Nova this morning without an appointment and spoke with Daphne regarding a lost rubber dome from my hearing aid and the need to have my left ear examined. Within minutes she had a new dome replaced with a smile and arranged for me to see Trevor within only a few minutes more, as he was with a patient when I arrived. He immediately checked my ear and assured me that everything was as it should be. Both Daphne and Trevor were professional, polite, friendly and kind.

If you are looking for polite, pleasant, and professional treatment then this is a business that you will love going to, Daphne the receptionist is a pleasure to deal with. She set up my appointment, took care of the paperwork with my health insurance and made the experience hassle free. Dr. Hedding is knowledgeable, professional and made the process of getting my hearing aids easy and seamless. these folks care about you, and make you feel appreciated!
Excellent service from Trevor, the audiologist, and Daphne, the receptionist. By far, the best I have received from any hearing aid company, and I have tried three others without much success.
Best customer service I ever seen in Vero or even the county, well done
