Finally after 4 Pairs of hearing aids and 4 different providers, I have hit the JACKPOT! From the moment I walked in I got what everyone needs today, and that’s customer service! Richelle went above and beyond! She called my insurance company and then processed everything I needed for my new hearing aids. I did nothing but pay my portion to them.
