First the staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. Michael Baumman is extremely knowledgeable and did a very thorough testing of my hearing. All testing was computer based and then adjusted to my hearing aids. I highly recommend Elite Hearing.
Having recently completed my annual hearing test, I wanted to share my experience. Michael, the Hearing Aid Specialist, Lenora, and Shelby were extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and delightful. It is such a comfort to know that Elite uses the latest technology and an awesome staff to ensure that I am fitted with the best hearing aids possible.
Everyone in this office is so kind. Michael Baumann has gone above and beyond to help me to be able to hear. If you are in need of hearing aides or testing to find out, I recommend this place 100%.

I went in after searching for a hearing aidplace and I am new to Aiken for a year. My tube broke loose and they said because I am new and said I needed an appointment and it would be in a week! Usually for tubes it is 2 minutes to fix with out an appointment. Where I used to live. Every facility in CNY and Columbia SC... they qre usuqlly happy to fix like that. Not this one. Oh my goodness!
