We came into the office for hearing aid adjustment and the girls told us to come back in 15 minutes because they were in training. We came back in 20 minutes and then they told us we need an appointment. My mom paid $3,000 for the hearing aids and every time we’ve come in to have them fitted properly they can’t seem to get it right. The girl at the front desk is rude. I would not ever come back.
So very happy to find Audio Nova, Lacy and Sara are the best, extremely helpful and friendly! Thank you both for your genuine care!
