Michael Beasley could not have been more attentive and thorough! I have read other 5 stars reviews of him, and wholeheartedly concur. Michael is very, very knowledgeable and was extremely patient in adjusting hearing aids that I had obtained elsewhere. He spent an extraordinary amount of time, and he was absolutely engaging and enthusiastic throughout. I will return to Elite for my next hearing aids and full hearing assessment by Michael. I highly recommend Michael Beasley to all who have problems hearing.
Sarah was totally unorganized and truly wasted our time. We gave our insurance information and she didn't follow that at all. We spent 2 hours with her and it was a waste of time. She then needed us to make another appointment for 1 hour and a half. We were not going back to see her. She spoke to my husband in an unprofessional manner. Sarah was quoting us $4700 for a pair of hearing aides. With our insurance, there is only a co-pay which is fairly cheap. We don't recommend this office.
