Very happy with service and product. Changed my life
Went in because TruHearing where we bought our hearing aids through B/C B/S of NC recommended them for a followup care visit. Truhearing gives 1 year of followup free. We have not had one followup visit in the 8 months since purchased. AudioNova is the only one who would honor the TruHearing hearing followup visit in the area, according to TruHearing, so TruHearing made the appointment for us and I took my husband to the appointment and we made it at the appointed time.
