Jen is the best HCC at Audio Nova in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. She troubleshoot and got my hearing aides working and is the best employee working at this location. She needs a raise and promotion. Customer service, professionalism is a must with the latest technology. Thank you!!
I was so impressed! Office manager cleaned my hearing aids for free! Dr Savanah was also knowledgeable and didn't pressure me to get new hearing aids, which I aappreciated. Very happy and will be back!
