My total experience with Audio Nova has been absolutely phenomenal. From making appointments, to consultations, to testing and finally to purchasing new hearing aids, everyone has been so knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. Both Carrie Whitehead and Najla Silmi are amazing. They patiently explained my hearing issues, what would be best for me and then told me about the latest technology. I was saying that the Webster office and I am very happy with how I was treated by Carrie. I have worn hearing aids since 2009 I'm on my third pair at this point and my exam was not only very comprehensive, but Carrie took lots of time to explain what the tests were what they showed and what my options were. You are fortunate in my opinion to have Carrie as an employee. I will continue supporting that office as I am very happy with how I was treated.
