Nice people but disappointed in the product I received.
Tammie (and her assistant, Rachel) are two of the loveliest, most helpful, most competent people you will ever meet. My Mom's hearing was almost completely gone and her cognition was declining rapidly. She had a variety of issues with her ears and hearing and Tammie has been able to address most of them - and is determined to address them all.
