Very enjoyable experience, even though I wasn’t looking forward to a hearing aid. Very relaxed atmosphere with Stephanie, very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have concerning hearing aids plus the qualities for each one I went home the same day with a loaner until mine came in and she did all the adjustments online and had me download the app to my phone so I can mske adjustments on my own and said she was always there if I had any questions.
