Was having difficulty w/hearing aide, so decided to try thus hearing center as had a couple of favorable recommendations. Extremely helpful, friendly, very clean. Had problem w/New hearing aide and they worked me in. As a matter of fact, came into office an hr earlier than open to assist me w/a smile. So grateful I tried them put.
I've been taking my mom here for 3 years when she bought a new pair of hearing aids. Every 3 months or so she gets them checked and cleaned. She also gets an annual hearing test. The service is excellent. We especially like Rosa. She does everything possible to get my mom seen and taken care of as often as necessary. We get reminders a few days before an appointment, which is great. HIghly recommend.
Elite hearing is the best super nice people they explain everything very clearly and understandable
