After I had received my hearing aids, and was very satisfied, I was having trouble hearing because I had ear wax build up. My doctor's office said they could get me in in five weeks. I dropped off the hearing aids and asked Dr.Katie to look over the hearing aids, to confirm the aids weren't the problem, which they weren't.
