Natalie Lucas is amazing. My wife and I were in from Missouri with a critical and time sensitive problem with my current devices. Natalie went so far beyond above and beyond. She fixed everything, set me up with new devices, took her personal time to do it, and further explained the technology so that I’d understand how to use my devices optimally. The professionalism, thoroughness, and caring shown to me, my husband, and an elderly friend was totally amazing.
