Not knowledgeable on the product she sells. Very rude and threatening. Called me names for not knowing how to prepare taxes. Very unprofessional for a business with little customers and belittles women. She pays customers to use her business and still does inadequate work. Got mad at me for breaking her own chair because she weights too much
