I am currently waiting on a response from someone here about two weeks ago they said their system was down and everyone was out of office. A week or two before that it was the same deal. When I did get in contact with someone they were very nice and informed me that all of my accounts received settlements. Never have I gotten paperwork stating how much for or if they were being paid.
