RIDICULOUSLY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The lady working was not bad off the start, but when I walked in to the store, I wasn't sure of what I wanted to get - just a couple of colors I'd like. She had an aggravated demeanor and was very persistent in trying to get what I wanted out of me when honestly all they had was tacky, beaded dresses - not my speed. I had a very bad experience at this store. The owner was rude and dishonest. I ordered a dress that was not in stock and paid for the dress, delivery, and alterations. However, the dress I wanted never arrived. Instead, they wrapped a larger dress in plastic and acted like it was delivered by mistake. Since my event date was very close, I had no choice but to pick another dress from the store. The dress I chose was much cheaper, but they refused to refund the remaining money. This place is a hidden gem! Do not pass it up! We came down from Hammond in search of 2 Prom dresses & boy are we glad we stopped here. The owner greeted us immediately, she asked our budget & provided us with SO MANY options!!! We left with a dress & may come back for another!
