I been coming here since I was 14 years old and don’t get me wrong the doctors are very good and so is the lady with blonde highlights she’s very sweet but lately I been having some bad service from the lady with red brownish hair. Couldn’t help me with my insurance and didn’t even bother to check for me, as the other nice lady always does every year since I get contacts every year. Was so happy with my visit! The staff is warm and helpful. Dr. Han was friendly and professional taking her time to make sure I had the perfect fit needed. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.
Best optometrist experience I have had in a long time. I've been wearing contacts and glasses for twenty years. This was the most in depth eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Vo really cares. Highly recommend. Not a show boat, used car salesman vibe with opticians trying to sell you stuff you don't need.
Extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. I received my new lenses and within one day they were scratched — despite being handled carefully and cleaned properly. When I contacted the office, I was shocked to find out they refused to replace or repair them without charging me full price for new lenses. Every reputable optical provider offers at least basic lens scratch protection or a courtesy remake within the first 30 days, and this office chose not to stand behind their product or their patients. Very poor customer service their doctors don't take UHC for Medicare age patients their eyewear is all designer and over priced not a place for seniors or low income customers very unfortunate they were very good to me when I was with an employer now I'm not a desirable customer
