Very poor customer service their doctors don't take UHC for Medicare age patients their eyewear is all designer and over priced not a place for seniors or low income customers very unfortunate they were very good to me when I was with an employer now I'm not a desirable customer
UPDATE TWO: so though they are very old-school, though they are only open four days a week, and though their phones weren’t really answered. The actual doctor and receptionist or secretary associate are fantastic. Really knowledgeable and the optometrist or eye doctor really does care. She’s super sweet and knows her stuff! Elite Eyecare is excellent! Dr. Vo is the best eye doctor I have had. My glasses and contacts are always on point. Dr Vo and his staff are professional and friendly. I highly recommend him!!

I have been coming here for years now and it had always been a great service and a wonderful experience. Most recently today my daughter was going to make her visit alone for the first time and I had her call and book her appointment when Beatriz and the other person working in the front desk did not want to help her with the insurance side of her appointment. They advised she would have to call BCBS on her own and then provide the information. They did not bother to ask her for the group number or ID # of her insurance. Whe... read more
