We were looking into going to a trip to Florida and rent a boat. We google both companies that we rent boats for a few days. We spoke with the guy named Nazir claim to owner Velocity exoticz. We negotiated a price, he sent a contract. However, when we googled the phone number, it came up as elite exotics.. when we question him about the name, he claimed that he just bought the business and didn’t get a chance to switch the names. Beware Run, I was recently scammed and ripped off $1,100 by this company over the 4th of July weekend 2025. I initially reserved through Viator for $1,398. A representative by the name of Buthaina Tahawi called me afterward and suggested I cancel my reservation with Viator because they were slow paying them their money. He then told me he would save me $298 by paying him direct through zelle. I had a vehicle booked with this company for my wedding day a month or 2 months in advance and was paid in full. They cancelled 29 minutes prior to them dropping the car off with no reason on my wedding day none the less leaving me to scramble and find another rental car last minute. I can’t say enough bad things about this business other than DO NOT use them or trust them. They should be shut down as other reviewers have had the same issue. As well I rented the car through Turo. Everything was fine.... until it was time to return the deposit. You are unlikely getting your money back. My advice: rent elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ruined my vacation. Left me without a car twice, and ended up not driving what I even paid for. Will never ever rent from here again. People should read their negative reviews because they are real!
