Fabiola provides some of the quickest/most flexible notary services here in the DMV. I needed a document signed and she communicated with me quickly to get me scheduled to meet her. Meeting was done fairly quickly and professionally in a public space. All in all, fast, reliable, and excellent service to use
I called Fabiola at Elite Document Services after a very frustrating morning spent walking around Washington, DC to a FedEx store and two different UPS stores. I discovered that FedEx no longer has in-person notary services and the UPS store told us they could not notarize our document because they did not understand that a notary public authenticates the signers of a document and not the document itself.
