You can still buy Silver Mesa Saddles (now called Elite) I just want to brag on my brand new comfy very pretty and well made Elite saddle. For years I would go to Denny Sergeants in Pilot Point, TX and drool over the saddles but at the prices they had I just could not afford one. Then the place went out of business.
