This place was great! So clean and the was so knowlegable about training, recovery and the body. I am from New York and I loved it so much I am looking to find one like it in New York. But everytime I travel to Florida, I will make an appointment!

This place is amazing! I have tried three other cryotherapy places, and this is the best indeed. Friendly staff, very professional and welcoming. I was coming once in a while, now I come there once per week!
I found Elite Cryo Lounge after my old place went under and Katrina took me right away! She is so attentive and makes the whole process easy and relaxing! The space is clean and bright, you feel like a VIP. The machine is always working and I swear that it heals! Everything runs smoothly and so efficiently. I am grateful to have found Katrina and love going every week! And she always fits me in when I need a last min appt! Don't think just go!
