Nice person helping me with my issues done great job as far as I’m concerned
As a client, I had a negative experience with this company. Communication and organization were poor. It was extremely frustrating. I felt I was doing so much work to make sure they were doing what they had initially promised to do. It was also very expensive - I thought for the cost, I would be able to sit back and trust them to do their work, but it was absolutely the opposite. We have worked with Elite Consulting CPA for several years now and they have always been a very professional and supportive group of people. We appreciate that the team got to know us and worked diligently to fix and improve our accounting over several years. We have them handle our business and personal taxes, accounting, and they work with our bookkeepers. We worked with a good group overtime (Deb, Chris, Kent, Claire, and Thelma). We appreciate that they are responsive and help plan things out for us.
