Horrible Experience!!!! Management totally failed!!!!! We used Elite Casino for Qur annual firefighters awards banquet in October and It was a very horrible experience. I was hoping this issue would be resolved by now but clearly elite casinos has no plans on provided a full refund which was requested. I worked for elite casino events as a dealer at a casino in the Beeman Hotel on December 31, 2022 (New Years Eve). This company did not have a paycheck to give me at the end of the event. On the next working day, I contacted the company and notify them that I did not received a paycheck. They stated that they would mail me the paycheck, I have given this company my mailing address several times. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am STILL trying to get ahold of someone about a refund request TWO MONTHS after our catastrophe with this company during our company Christmas Party on 12/15/2022 for about 100 people. I was the coordinator for this event and was told the crew would be there between 3:30-4:30pm on the day of our event to set up. 4:45pm rolls around, and they are not there. Would never hire them again and don't recommend you hire them either. Issues we had: Very bad communication prior to and day of the event. We had tried to finalize details with them ahead of time as to when the bartenders and servers would arrive at our party. It was only confirmed day of for a time that we didn't want (half an hour later than desired) but then they arrived later than promised anyhow.
