BEWARE! I learned today I needed to make an emergency medical office visit tomorrow. After confirming and reconfirming all the details of the trip my bank account was charged and $150 was deducted. As soon as the payment was cleared, Elite called me letting me know they had to cancel the ride. Unfortunately I am a disabled American who lives on a very limited fixed income, so I am now unable to make other provisions because of insufficient funds. They didn't care about my plight. But eager to take my money.
Dropped my loved one
An excellent transport company for people like me who don't have non-emergency transportation as part of their Medicare Advantage plan. To limit liability, hospitals will not discharge patients who have undergone anesthesia, even for minor procedures like a colonoscopy, to a cab or Uber/Lyft. Elite Care Transport is the perfect solution. They were responsive and called to let me know the driver's ETA.
