Elite Rental Car made the whole experience fast and easy. I walked in, picked up a car within minutes, and was on the road. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional without feeling robotic. Horrible! Got a rental through Kia and they wouldn’t give us something big enough to fit my kids. So we took the smaller vehicle. Opted to do the $5 day insurance charge. After returning, 3 weeks later they pulled a charge again for cleaning. Saying we didn’t follow the rules. There was mud from pets, which I never brought pets. It’s SC and I have children, the floors may get dirty in winter/rain weather but I left it clean. Plus to charge 3 weeks later is so sketchy. Then they tried to argue with me about it.
