The car I was provided had a faint smell of a smoker, so the quality was far below other businesses I have used in the past. I just noticed a fraudulant charge on my credit card from them that I now have to dispute.
Anything but elite , kevin Widicker chevrolet used this company to supply me a rental why they worked on my brand new escape iq, car was given to be dirty with someone's spit on floors! Less than half a tank of gas, woman told me you know how people treat rental cars, i get that but come on clean your cars people! Fill then with gas.
Elite Rental Car made the whole experience fast and easy. I walked in, picked up a car within minutes, and was on the road. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional without feeling robotic. Everything just worked the way it should. No stress, no confusion, just great service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back.
