I was told I would have a free rental through my dealership for repairs being made on my car. I was told by the rental company that as long as I filled the gas tank I would not be charged, however, upon returning the car to the dealership with a full tank of gas, I was then charged $130 by the rental company and they said that was a cleaning fee which was not disclosed to me. When I disputed it and said I had no idea they would charge a cleaning fee they said that I should have known that. This company is a scam.
I had a car through Elite via a local Ford dealership that was servicing my car. The gentleman that dropped of the rental at Ford was extremely nice. He walked me around the car to verify any damage and pointed out important things like how to open the gas door and use the automatic lights. Highly recommend!
The car I was provided had a faint smell of a smoker, so the quality was far below other businesses I have used in the past. I just noticed a fraudulant charge on my credit card from them that I now have to dispute.
Anything but elite , kevin Widicker chevrolet used this company to supply me a rental why they worked on my brand new escape iq, car was given to be dirty with someone's spit on floors! Less than half a tank of gas, woman told me you know how people treat rental cars, i get that but come on clean your cars people! Fill then with gas.
