My son returned from his third summer at Hoop Dreams last week and had another amazing time! Every year - the food, the cabins, the coaches, the experience - all exceed any camp expectations we could have. Thank you to the entire Hoop Dreams team for creating such a wonderful camp!
My daughter LOVES this camp. Cabins are nice, great courts, friendly staff, food has been rated ok :-). She's been going for 1 week each summer, but wants to go back for 2. She met a great group of girls as well. Would highly recommend this camp!!
After four years going to this camp, my son loves it even more each year. Consistently great staff, camaraderie, food, activities and lots of personal growth.
This was my son's first year at Hoop Dreams (cabin 3), and I have to say they run seamless operations. From lead-up to return-home. All the questions you might have are answered before you even think of them. The updates of daily photos and letters from your camper on Bunk1 were probably my favourite part. I definitely see Hoop Dreams being booked again next summer. Thank you to all the AMAZING staff! They were all awesome!
Amazing camp! The kids had a fantastic time and raved about the accommodations, food, activities, and especially the basketball coaching. One suggestion for an even better experience would be to ensure coaches actively encourage making the right basketball play. My daughter and several other girls in the teen session noticed that passes often weren’t made to them by most boys regardless of being open or in a position for the right play.
