I had an appt but cancelled 48 hours ahead of time. This business took a credit card # but hasn’t returned it or removed the hold on $100.
Wonderful experience with the entire staff in Scottsdale. Dr. Webb made the entire surgery so comfortable and constantly checked in to see if I was okay. Which I was! Now I’m in post care & still feel like the team is invested in my results. Amazing experience!
I am giving one star because, while the staff here is very friendly and welcoming, I am extremely disappointed with the service and the results. This was my first time undergoing any type of cosmetic procedure, and I booked treatment for my outer thighs. Unfortunately, I did not receive a proper consultation or adequate guidance. Update: they told me that I needed to sign an NDA and delete my reviews before they’d revise me…🤦♀️🥴 To start: I’m still waiting on emails and communication on if they will actually schedule me with the surgeon who said she’d fix “my waist” whatever that means. I’ve tried really hard to give this place the time to prove themselves. Unfortunately they have not so far.
