From the beginning Georgia, who did my consultation, was incredibly kind, polite, and attentive- she made feel comfortable straight away. I had a treatment done by Amy, and it was absolutely wonderful. She took the time out to explain every step of the procedure so clearly and also made sure I understand exactly what to do post-treatment. Her care and professionalism really stood out. Overall, it was a truly amazing experience, and I felt relaxed, well looked after, and refreshed.
