Made a reservation to rent a car for a very important client coming into town so I can transport them for 24 hours. I called the day before the reservation to confirmed the reservation and make sure that I have a vehicle waiting for me the next day. I was assured that I would not have a problem and here we are the morning of the reservation and I'm getting a text message saying that the reservation has been canceled and now the company is not answering the phone. I returned the car in perfect condition with a full tank last Sunday, February 23, 2025. I'm still waiting for my deposit back, and they're not answering the phone. I'm going to have to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of CT. Entregué el vehículo en la fecha y hora indicada 2/23/2025 con el tanque lleno. Definitivamente si yo hubiera leido los review de ese local no tuviera ningun inconveniente . Descaradamente te hacen esperar 2 horas para entregar el carro que reservastes y despues te roban tu deposito de $250 porque el carro diske estaba sucio y con olor a cigarillos . Ojo yo no fumo . Negocios turbios muy lamentable .
Believe all the other posts. Hidden fees.. unlimited miles is only unlimited within a certain radius. Currently fighting for my money back.
It’s true !!! What other people are saying . I’m reporting them to the better business bureau the deposit is supposed to be for damages not 100 dollar cleaning fee it says no where in contract they and definitely unfair and doing shady business . No other rental place I know charges to clean the car . This was my first and last and I will make sure people know not to go there it’s cheap for a reason
