I returned the car in perfect condition with a full tank last Sunday, February 23, 2025. I'm still waiting for my deposit back, and they're not answering the phone. Definitivamente si yo hubiera leido los review de ese local no tuviera ningun inconveniente . Descaradamente te hacen esperar 2 horas para entregar el carro que reservastes y despues te roban tu deposito de $250 porque el carro diske estaba sucio y con olor a cigarillos . Ojo yo no fumo . Negocios turbios muy lamentable .
Believe all the other posts. Hidden fees.. unlimited miles is only unlimited within a certain radius. Currently fighting for my money back.
It’s true !!! What other people are saying . I’m reporting them to the better business bureau the deposit is supposed to be for damages not 100 dollar cleaning fee it says no where in contract they and definitely unfair and doing shady business . No other rental place I know charges to clean the car . This was my first and last and I will make sure people know not to go there it’s cheap for a reason
Very disappointed. I rented a car through them a month ago using the new Uber Rent feature. I chose them due to the proximity to my house and low rate $116 for 2 days. I was given the car with just under a half tank of gas and advised (as usual) to return it at the same level. (I have rented many cars before with other companies and am familiar with the process.)
