Took the 3 week day course. As a 50 year old, my memory retention isn't what it used to be. Despite there being ALOT of information thrown at you in a short period of time, Fred was able to break it down to make it understandable. I was able to test and pass the state test on the first try. I've already recommended this class to a friend.
Fred is my go to teacher. A wealth of knowledge. He doesn’t teach out of a book but uses his real life experiences as an agent which helps you to remember everything. He’s engaging, comedic and really takes his craft serious. I strongly urge and suggest ELITE REAL ESTATE ACADEMY if you plan on becoming an agent or taking CE classes. Thanks Fred!!!
