Disappointed with my experience as a new client. I had a very frustrating time working with Valentina CPA. As a first-time client, I expected clear communication—especially around pricing. Unfortunately, there was no upfront disclosure about how much I would be charged for the tax filing service, which left me feeling misled and dissatisfied with the overall process.
