Positively incompetent. I submitted all material requested and paid $12K. A quarter had passed, and I found out that he hadn’t began working on my taxes. Unbelievable! It turned out that the IRS sent me a penalizing document stating that my balance due has increased. He offered no explanation nor a status update on his progress.
