I had an average experience with Elisa’s Alterations. The work was completed on time, and the final result was acceptable, but the overall experience felt a bit inconsistent. The pricing was reasonable, and the staff was courteous, though communication could have been clearer. Overall, the service was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
Amazing place! I would just keep in mind if you need something done to go at least 2 weeks before you need it done by as they usually have a longer wait. But they do a fantastic job and are super friendly!
Worst customer service!. Disgraceful . Held on to my item for more than a week and had to call constantly to get an answer and at the last minute they got to work on it and just made the item worse... just to get it done at last minute. Go for pick up and when I question the work done i get a response of.. " well sorry, take it then " No I apoligy . I was very pleased with the quality of the work done on my dresses. However, the prices for simple hemming and minor alterations were much higher than I expected. While I should have asked more questions about the cost beforehand, it would have been helpful if the total price had been clearly communicated upfront. Thankfully, I was able to find another place that was much more affordable and provided even better customer service. Will not be returning back.
Great alterations store. Fast and quality work. Next day service if necessary. ILean provided great customer service. Will definitely use this store again.
