You should ask my daughter how she feels about this lawyer after finding her deceased brother in her father’s home. I was given an affidavit prepared by Ms. Lella and Ms. Cunningham prior to our four day trial indicating that if my former spouse and me could not work together they recommended the children be placed in their father’s care.The judge went off record and told them it was not within their scope to make any recommendations.
