I WOULD NOT recommend this company. Management has a BIG problem communicating with their technicians regarding scheduling. Seems that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I called the morning of the supposed installation and was assured that the technician would arrive at 11am as scheduled.However at 11:20am the technician called and said he was on his way to a different city and that his managers had scheduled him to come to my place at 3:pm. Of course I told him not to come. I also informed management.... read more
