Beyond unprofessional, the owner Dan raised his voice in person and on the phone which is very unacceptable. The guy that actually tried doing our taxes had thrown his phone in a spat of anger because he got a bad phone call, which had nothing to do with my wife and I which in our eyes was uncalled for because the phone could have bounced off his desk and could have hit our newborn baby. We will not be returning to elines
If I could give negative points, I would. After 10+ years giving this place business and referrals, the younger employee, Garrett is unprofessional and rude. He screwed up our taxes last year, resulting in a late letter from the IRS stating we owed several hundred dollars. We had a poor exchange back then in 2017. We have been going to Felines for now and they have always been accommodating , courteous, and professional. We've had a couple instances when we forgot paper work or weren't sure about deductibles and our guy went above and beyond to get us the most out of our tax return. I would not return if I wasn't satisfied.
I went there to do my taxes 3 years ago n they were done by a older man n had n ok experience so I went back the next n I had this man name Dan n he was rude as hell but I thought maybe he was having a long day. Just did my taxes n left so I didn't return the following year so here I go do my 2015 taxes I for got some paper work so I told home I'd return so I got there Saturday at 2:20 n apparently they close at 3 so the one man tells him Dan someone's here to see u he yells Awww man are u kidding me n come over to the waiti... read more
I Just Love Eline's! I have been going to Eline's for 37 years. I just can't say enough good things about their service. I have sent many friends to Eline's as well. I have never been disappointed, the cost is low; Keith and the staff are thorough. Yes, it gets busy. Yes, I recommend an appt. Just take into account that the person in front of you may have more going on than expected and these guys do what it takes to get everyone a fair refund. Definitely worth it.
Lost my business due to zero customer service After setting an appointment in advance, I was EXPECTED to wait an hour and a half beyond that, because "we're busy!" Poor customer service, I'll take my business elsewhere..
