I called intending to set up a consult to get some recommendations on whether to establish an LLC for future business needs, and Jerry took the time to answer some basic questions over the phone for no charge, which was unexpected and VERY kind. I called this practice to talk to someone on Monday,left a voicemail with my name and phone nr…no one called me back. Now is Thursday around 4pm..called back ..a secretary answer the phone and alway was playing the game of “can you repeat that, I can’t understand you”…when I asked her if she speak English…she was VERY rude and treating with hanging up the phone..”I don’t have to deal with you”…that’s what her answer was.
