One of the employees of this facility put her hand on my grandma's mouth to shut her up because she was speaking another language, what kind of person does that to an elderly?? We believe the name is Roxana or something like that, we request from management to take actions!! This is unacceptable

I just wanted to say thank you to all the wonderful staff at Elim Village you are all amazing. The level of care is first class. I would highly recommend it.
Went to an ALL Day health seminar for $20 a ticket. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Companies they deal with had tables to give out info and useful samples. Lunch was well done and very tasty. Staff was very helpful. The seminar was on healthy living. Well done! Great Day!.
Elim has nice buildings and friendly staff The care providers are efficient, cleaning staff are nice and efficient, activity aides are amazing HOWEVER - if you are considering a move to Elim, a huge negative is the subpar food. It is mostly processed and of low quality & poorly cooked about 75% of the time. They have a large company that provides the food.
