Had a very unsettling experience today. Masseuse insisted on pulling down underwear during massage even after I made it clear that I was uncomfortable. I would advise others to stay away *This is the correct business and you do offer therapeutic massages which is what I had (it’s even listed under services on YOUR website). Instead of trying to discredit reviews, educate your staff on how to treat customers appropriately.
The entire team provided exceptional service. Lisa and Mindy were particularly outstanding.
Absolutely the best head scalp massage experience I have ever had! From the moment I walked in, the service was impeccable and every detail was so relaxing and thoughtful. The staff made me feel completely comfortable, and you can truly tell how much they care about their clients. There are such wonderful girls working there, everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming. I left feeling refreshed and beyond relaxed. I genuinely cannot wait to go back again. Highly recommend!
