Robb is a wonderful trainer! He not only has unmatched years of experience and knowledge in the fitness industry but is also a great coach and a great person. I only wish I started training earlier with him!
I went to Robb not feeling the greatest about myself. Training with eLifestyle's Robb has been a fantastic experience. He brings a ton of experience and knowledge, you can see the passion he has for fitness by the way he educates on proper training techniques, and diet. I called eLifestyle because I needed to strengthen my lower back due to a previous injury I sustained at work. Robb has trained with me for months and my back hasn't felt this good in years. I highly recommend them for personal training!
