Do not use online services. Buyer beware. I ordered an item, white dress, needed for an event. After 3 weeks of not receiving the product I emailed the customer service. I requested a new item be shipped or refund. They refused and indicated they would need to do an "investigation". They shipped stated they left it at the front door of a 120 unit apartment complex.
