Thank you, Eli Transportation, for your OUTSTANDING service! Incredible communication, dependable and friendly drivers! I love Miss Tammy! I have had my share of unprofessional companies, so, of course my anxieties are high that I will not be picked up and/or be late. But, with Eli, I know I will get there smoothly! No other company has called and texted me with ETA and types of car that's picking me up! So, that's a huge bonus in itself! Thank you so much to Eli and all their drivers!
The driver was on her cell phone driving irradically on the way to my appointment. The pick was a no show. I had to make three calls to be told they did not know I needed to be picked up despite my signing a paper saying so on pick up and the driver confirmation of a 10am pick up. After 4 or 5 calls I finally had to call the main transportation center to get home. If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid them ay all costs, literally! Choose any other service. KLH is far better!!
Always a pleasure riding with Eli! Only ever small issue with 1 driver and Ms. Tammy very kindly addressed it right away 💕 Been riding with Eli for appts since 2024 and Ms Tammy has become like family!
ABSOLUTELY the best medical transportation service. In the 2+ years I have been using thier service I have never been late for appt. The dispatcher communicates via text or call to let me know driver, car make, etc. The drivers also text or call with eta. Cars are CLEAN, drivers are CLEAN AND PLEASANT, ALSO.
I highly recommend this company, they are always on time, drivers are extremely polite and courteous, the owner Tami is amazing, she always calls and/text with ETA (something no other company does). The cars are all new and very clean, they do not double or triple you up with other passengers like other companies. I absolutely love this company, and recommend them to everyone looking for a Medicab company to ride to and from appointments from.
