I highly recommend this company, they are always on time, drivers are extremely polite and courteous, the owner Tami is amazing, she always calls and/text with ETA (something no other company does). The cars are all new and very clean, they do not double or triple you up with other passengers like other companies. I absolutely love this company, and recommend them to everyone looking for a Medicab company to ride to and from appointments from.
10/10 every trip! Ms. Tammy is so kind when confirming rides. And many times I even get same driver that I've gotten to know many of them really well. They have all been so kind and get me to and from appointments with minimal wait times. Usually Mr. Damon picks me up and even engages in chit chat conversation making the ride time very pleasant and friendly. Thank you Eli transportation you are the only cab service I use anymore
When I have appointments to a doctor office, they are there on time, with a smile on their faces, happy to greet you. They ask if you are comfortable, depending on the what the weather is. Too hot, for summer the AC will be on, too cold, for winter the heat would be on. They treat you with respect and you matter. Each driver is responsible. They care about their clients. MAS keeps getting my address wrong so, MAS called ELI Transportation, ELI help explain the problem and asked for MAS to fix the problem and keep it changed.... read more
Drivers are very friendly, extremely professional, and always on time. My experience with Eli, so far, has been very pleasant. These are the reasons that I only use Eli for my transportation needs. Tammy and Damon, are a Godsend to anyone who is in need of transportation services. As far as companies are concerned, Eli is the very best, hands down, bar none!
Eli Transportation is a great company to ride with. This company is always my first go to when booking rides. Every driver I have rolled with is very pleasant and I feel safe in the vehicle with them. If you would like reliable transportation, they are definitely the company to go with.
